LadyGymRat: I am 5' 7" tall, 180 lbs and one month postpartum. The Large fits perfectly and it really streamlines your shape! It helps my tummy appear flattered! And because it doesn't cover my bra, I can still breastfeed. The longer I wear it throughout the day, the less effective it is until I wash it.

Emily: I am a 235 lb woman with lots of "rolls". There is just enough support to smooth things out (unless you wear your clothes skin tight) without crushing the guts. It is excellent that I can wear my own bra and the bodysuit helps with the underarm side rolls that the bra sometimes creates. HOWEVER -- It would be so much better if the crotch had a hook-n-eye release for potty time. You'd have to undress to use the toilet. There is a "slit" and I have no clue how a female is supposed to use that without wetting the bodysuit. But despite that problem, I would (and plan to) buy this again.

Gail Summers: Bought this for me to wear under a dress for my sister's wedding. I'm 5'3" and around 275 lbs. I was able to get get it up and on and it was comfortable enough. Only bad thing is that you have to take it off to use the bathroom. But I won't wear it too often, that's ok. I got it at a nice price also! A lot more reasonable than other plus size shapewear!
