Standard sample turnaround is 7–10 business days from design confirmation. Sample fees apply and vary by complexity — typically $150 per sample — and are fully refundable or credited toward your first bulk order. For stock items with logo application, orders are ready to ship within 2–4 business days from our Shenzhen factory. Estimated transit times: USA 5–8 days (express) or 15–25 days (sea freight); Europe 7–12 days (express) or 20–30 days (sea); Latin America 10–18 days (express). We also offer USA warehouse fulfillment for qualifying wholesale accounts — contact us for eligibility.

Yes. Nanbin operates a USA warehouse service for established wholesale and Amazon seller accounts. This enables faster domestic restocking, reduced per-unit shipping costs, and FBA-ready prep (poly-bagging, labeling, FNSKU). Minimum inventory thresholds apply. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT for express orders, and work with major freight forwarders for sea and air cargo. For Amazon sellers, we provide FBA-compliant packaging and can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers worldwide. All orders include tracking and are covered by shipping insurance.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term wholesale accounts, we offer flexible net terms after an initial qualification period. All transactions are processed securely and invoiced under Shenzhen Nanbin Technology Co., Ltd.

For OEM clients, we offer exclusivity arrangements on specific designs within agreed territories — preventing the same style from being sold to competing brands in your market. We stand behind every shipment. If defects exceed the agreed AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), we will replace affected units or issue a credit toward your next order at no additional cost.
