Yes. For stock orders, you can mix styles across a single shipment with no minimum per style beyond the 10-piece base. For custom OEM orders, size assortment (e.g. S/M/L/XL distribution) is fully flexible within your total order quantity. This makes it easy for wholesalers and multi-SKU Amazon sellers to manage inventory efficiently.

How long does sampling take, and is there a fee?

Standard sample turnaround is 7–10 business days from design confirmation. Sample fees apply and vary by complexity — typically $30–$80 per sample — and are fully refundable or credited toward your first bulk order. For OEM designs with custom fabric or hardware, allow 10–15 business days. Rush sampling is available upon request.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend sampling before bulk production. You can request samples of existing stock styles at no MOQ, or commission a custom prototype based on your tech pack or reference design. Our design team will confirm specifications, fabric options, and fit details before production begins.

How long does shipping take to the US, Europe, and Latin America?

For stock items with logo application, orders are ready to ship within 2–4 business days from our Shenzhen factory. Estimated transit times: USA 5–8 days (express) or 15–25 days (sea freight); Europe 7–12 days (express) or 20–30 days (sea); Latin America 10–18 days (express). We also offer USA warehouse fulfillment for qualifying wholesale accounts.

Do you offer a US warehouse option?

Yes. Nanbin operates a USA warehouse service for established wholesale and Amazon seller accounts. This enables faster domestic restocking, reduced per-unit shipping costs, and FBA-ready prep (poly-bagging, labeling, FNSKU). Minimum inventory thresholds apply. Contact our sales team to discuss setup.

What shipping methods do you support?

We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT for express orders, and work with major freight forwarders for sea and air cargo. For Amazon sellers, we provide FBA-compliant packaging and can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers worldwide. All orders include tracking and are covered by shipping insurance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term wholesale accounts, we offer flexible net terms after an initial qualification period. All transactions are invoiced under Shenzhen Nanbin Technology Co., Ltd.

Can you manufacture shapewear under my own brand?

Yes — private label and OEM/ODM manufacturing is our core service. We support full branding customization including woven labels, heat-transfer tags, hangtags, poly bags, and retail-ready packaging. You can supply your own designs or work with our in-house design team. MOQ for branded orders starts from 500 pieces. We sign NDAs upon request to protect your designs.

Do you have registered design patents? Can I use your designs exclusively?

Nanbin holds 100+ registered design patents accumulated over 15 years. For OEM clients, we offer exclusivity arrangements on specific designs within agreed territories — preventing the same style from being sold to competing brands in your market. Exclusivity terms are outlined in the manufacturing agreement. Contact us to discuss options.

What quality certifications does Nanbin hold?

Nanbin is certified under ISO 9001 (quality management), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (textile safety — no harmful substances), BSCI (social compliance auditing), and WRAP (responsible production). Our in-factory QC process covers fabric inspection, in-line checks, and final garment inspection before every shipment. Third-party inspection is available upon request.

What happens if items arrive with defects?

We stand behind every shipment. If defects exceed the agreed AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), we will replace affected units or issue a credit toward your next order at no additional cost. Our QC team conducts pre-shipment inspections on all bulk orders, and we provide a quality report upon request. For any post-delivery issues, contact our after-sales team within 14 days of receipt.
